Alcohol disinfection wipes, that is, wipes with ethanol as the main disinfection raw material, generally have an alcohol concentration of 75%. The osmotic pressure of 75% alcohol is similar to that of bacteria, and it can gradually and continuously penetrate into the interior of the bacteria before the surface proteins of bacteria are not denatured, so that all the proteins of bacteria are dehydrated, denatured and solidified, and finally the bacteria are killed. Too high or too low alcohol concentration will affect the disinfection effect. Too high concentration of alcohol will form a protective film on the surface of bacteria, it is difficult to enter the bacteria to kill it completely; while alcohol with too low concentration can enter the bacteria, but it cannot coagulate the protein in the bacteria, nor can it kill the bacteria completely. Experiments have shown that 75% alcohol is the best ratio for cleaning.
