Recently, the fiber raw materials and safety of face towels have attracted industry attention. In order to better protect the rights and interests of consumers and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, the China Industrial Textile Industry Association and the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association jointly declare as follows: 1. At present, face towels implement the "Soft Towel" (GB/T 40276) product standard and the "Hygiene Requirements for Disposable Sanitary Products" (GB 15979) hygiene standards, which clearly stipulate product performance, safety and hygiene performance and testing methods, etc., to provide technical support for ensuring consumer health and safety. 2. Chemical fiber is an important part of textile raw materials, accounting for more than 75% of the global textile raw material supply, and has been widely used in clothing, home textiles, medical care, hygiene and other fields. Among them, polyester, viscose fiber, and lyocell fiber are commonly used raw materials for dry wipes, underwear, T-shirts, bed sheets and other textiles, and their product performance and safety have been verified and recognized by the global market for a long time.

Natural fibers and chemical fibers use various chemicals in the production process, but the industry has set strict limits on residues to ensure the safety of product applications.

Natural fibers and chemical fibers have their own characteristics and advantages in terms of performance and consumer experience, and can meet consumer needs. It is hoped that enterprises will earnestly practice social responsibility, strictly regulate product identification, accurately publicize, and report objectively and comprehensively by the media, jointly maintain good market order, protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and create a good consumption environment.
