The semi cross process cards the fibers into a web using a parallel and a perpendicular carding machine, and then reinforcing the fiber web with high-pressure water to obtain a spunlace nonwoven fabric. Compared to parallel spunlaced fabrics of the same specification, semi-cross spunlaced nonwoven fabrics have better thickness and MD/CD strengths, meeting higher product requirements.
